In 1993, Hector and Mercedes arrived in Sonoma County with a station wagon, a handful of family recipes, and an unshakeable belief that the most honest thing they could offer their new community was the food that raised them.
What began as a small taqueria on Washington Street grew — through catering runs, long Saturdays, and countless early mornings — into a cornerstone of Petaluma. Not because of a concept, but because of genuine care.
Every plate that leaves this kitchen carries thirty years of that original intention: nourish people, feed community, honor the craft.
